The AI Enablement Lab is our cornerstone offering. We help you establish a culture of experimentation, ensure guardrails are in place to protect your data, and identify a cohort to invest in as your early adopters and internal champions. Then, over eight weeks, we develop them into superusers who will lead adoption from within your business.
Most AI training teaches people what AI can do. The Enablement Lab is eight weeks of hands-on coaching, working with employees in their real workflows to determine where AI can help and building the skills to use it effectively.
The best analogy is fitness: a gym membership alone doesn’t make you fitter. Nor will an AI license alone create new habits or ways of working. Like a personal trainer, we provide the structure, accountability, and personalized coaching that employees need to build confidence, develop new capabilities, and create habits that stick.

In the Enablement Lab, participants build and deploy their own use cases, with coaching from our team. Most clients are amazed at what their team can develop. However, when a client surfaces an opportunity too complex to be built during the Lab, we have engineering resources to co-build as a separate project. If a project exceeds what we take on, we help find the right development partner.
